energy costs selected, COSMOS can deliver an optimum
design to suit. Energy costs can be kept low by optimizing
and reusing the heat energy generated - the exhaust heat
from the DDGS drier or from the Distillation can feed heat
to the Multiple Effect Evaporator or the condensate of the
dehydrated alcohol vapour from the molecular sieves can
preheat the beer.
